Thank you for shopping with The Crafty Shaw! Please review the following information before placing your order.

Processing and Shipping Times

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Processing and delivery times do not include weekends, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

Personalized Party Favor Orders

Personalized party favors must be ordered at least 14 days before your event date. This allows sufficient time for personalization, production, processing, and shipping.

When placing your order, please provide the correct event date and carefully review all names, dates, colors, themes, and other personalization details. The Crafty Shaw is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Orders placed less than 14 days before an event are not guaranteed to arrive on time. Rush service may be available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order to confirm availability.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Crafty Shaw is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend ordering early to allow additional time for unexpected delays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shorna@thecraftyshaw.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

The Crafty Shaw is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
