How It Works

1. Place your order and submit your design details.

2. Upload any clear, high-quality photos, logos, wording or inspiration images you would like included.

3. If you do not have an image, describe your vision as thoroughly as possible—including your preferred colors, theme, wording and overall style.

4. You will receive three design concepts to review.

5. Select your favorite concept and approve the final proof.

6. Once approved, your custom tee will be printed and prepared for shipping!

Design Turnaround

Your initial design concepts will be ready within 3–5 business days after payment and all required information have been received.

Please note: The 3–5-business-day timeframe applies to the design process only. Printing, order preparation and shipping require additional time. Any delay in submitting information, selecting a design or approving your proof may extend the completion date.

Important Custom-Order Policy

All custom T-shirt orders must be paid in full before design work begins. Because your design and shirt are created specifically for you, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted once design work has started.

Please carefully review your final proof for spelling, names, dates, colors and placement. Once a proof is approved, The Crafty Shaw is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved design.

Additional Information

• The $40 starting price includes one standard adult T-shirt with a one-sided design.
• Extended sizes, premium shirt styles, front-and-back printing, rush service and highly detailed artwork may require an additional fee.
• The three concepts are variations of one submitted idea—not three completely unrelated design requests.
• One round of minor revisions is included. Major changes, a new design direction or additional revisions may require an additional design fee.
• Customers must have permission to use any photos, logos or artwork submitted with their order.
• Low-resolution, blurry or cropped photos may affect the finished design quality.
• Printed colors may vary slightly from the colors displayed on a phone or computer screen.
• Custom orders needed for a specific event should be placed as early as possible. Rush availability is not guaranteed.
