Required Custom-Order Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have provided complete and accurate names, wording, colors, event details, and clear, high-quality photos. I understand that the layout may be adjusted to fit the round button and that colors may vary slightly between my screen and the finished product. I agree to review and approve the design proof carefully. Once approved, all details are final, and the custom order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless an error was made by The Crafty Shaw.
