DTF Shirt Printing Service – Customer-Provided Design

Already have your design ready? Let The Crafty Shaw turn it into a custom shirt using a vibrant, durable DTF transfer.

This service is for customers who provide a completed design. I will prepare the DTF transfer, add the requested wording, and professionally press it onto the shirt.

Choose Your Shirt Option

• The Crafty Shaw provides the shirt — $25
• Customer provides the shirt — $20

What’s Included

• One customer-provided, print-ready design
• Simple wording added upon request
• One DTF transfer
• Professional pressing on one location of the shirt

Design Requirements

Your design must be complete and ready to print. Please submit a clear, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background whenever possible. You must have permission to use all submitted artwork, photographs, logos, and wording.

Please note: This listing does not include custom graphic design, artwork recreation, detailed photo editing, background removal, or major changes to the submitted design. If you need a design created for you, please purchase the full “Custom T-Shirt – Your Idea, Brought to Life!” listing instead.

Customer-Provided Shirts

If you select the customer-provided shirt option, the shirt must be clean, new or unworn, and delivered before production begins. DTF transfers work best on suitable cotton, polyester, or cotton-poly blend garments. Results on specialty fabrics cannot be guaranteed.

Important Order Information

• Carefully check all names, dates, spelling, and wording before submitting your order.
• A proof may be provided when wording is added. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
• Additional print locations, oversized transfers, sleeves, or special placement may require an additional charge.
• Colors may vary slightly between the screen and the finished transfer.
• Because this is a personalized service, all sales are final once production begins.
